Custom Team Name Digitizing

This listing is for a **custom** hand-lettered then digitized double layer applique design.  Please read all of the details below before purchasing.  If you have any questions, please contact me to ask BEFORE purchasing.  

After your order is complete, there will be a document in your account with a link to a google form to complete.  This form will help me collect the information I need to create your custom design.

I will only take up to 10 orders at a time.  If the design says SOLD OUT, that means my custom order list is full.  I will release more spots as they become available.  

Exclusions

I am not able to do names or phrases that are trademarked or require licensing. I am able to do generic mascot and team names.  If you have a question about the name you would like digitized, please contact me before placing your order.

Turnaround Time

You will receive your design files within 7 business days of of purchasing this listing AND completing the google form, whichever date is later. 

Proof Review

You will receive one proof review before the design is finalized.  If you require additional proof reviews, there will be an additional fee.  Please respond to the proof review within 24 hours.  If more than 24 hours pass before you respond to the proof review, your turnaround time will be extended by the amount of your delay in responding beyond 24 hours.

Non Exclusive Use

You are not purchasing an exclusive right to this design.  Once your purchase is complete and you have received your design files, I retain the right to list the design for sale to others one week after you have received your design files.

Quality Assurance

All of our designs are manually digitized and tested by an experienced team of professional embroiderers to ensure each design is of high quality and very easy to use. Custom designs will be emailed to you based on the turn around time mentioned above and are guaranteed/supported for a minimum of one year as well as a copy kept in your store profile for that amount of time as well.
