About the Mardi Gras Design This Mardi Gras design is a Mardi Gras Bean Stitch applique design created/digitized in 2022 by All Things Applique for use on your embroidery machine.  This design was hand-lettered then digitized by All Things Applique and is an exclusive design - meaning you won't find it anywhere else! The first three steps of this design are the circle stitch beads that lay behind the "Mardi Gras" applique letters.  The fourth step of this design is a placement stitch for ALL letters.  The next steps alternate between a tackdown stitch and bean stitch for each letter.  This allows you to stitch each letter with a different fabric if desired.
